Strong relationships between actors in an innovation ecosystem are essential for strengthening the flow of knowledge, resources, and expertise, fostering an environment conducive to the generation of innovations. Collaborative interaction between companies, academic institutions, and government contributes to synergies that favor the development of innovative solutions and the strengthening of the network as a whole. This study aimed to analyze the network formed by the actors that make up the innovation ecosystem of the municipality of Nova Mutum, Mato Grosso, based on the Social Network Analysis (SNA) methodology. To this end, a snowball sampling technique was employed, using a semi-structured interview guide, which enabled the identification of actors and the mapping of existing connections between them. The data obtained were analyzed using SNA, allowing for an in-depth understanding of the network's relational structure. The results demonstrate the existence of a small core group with a high capacity to influence the flow of information. This core stands out not only for its centrality but also for its significant degree of intermediation and proximity to other actors, revealing a relatively stable structure marked by the concentration of informational power and coordination among a few agents. It can be concluded that the current network configuration can both favor the dissemination of innovations through this strategic group and pose a risk to the ecosystem's resilience and sustainability if the dependence on these central actors is not properly managed.
