Abstract

The proposal is to work and discuss starting from Foucault, Agambém  as well as Mbembe, and their theories, such as Biopower, naked life and necropolis, of how the Brazilian State becomes an agent of letting live and letting die in times of pandemic. It is mainly theoretical and reflective work, however, primary data can be used to characterize the State of the art, the Brazilian State in times of health crisis and its action as an agent of the necropolitics
