Análise do ecossistema de inovação como apoio ao desenvolvimento regional
o caso do estado de Roraima

A compreensão do papel da inovação junto aos ambientes regionais têm transformado estruturas econômicas, sociais e culturais. Ao mesmo tempo, estratégias de desenvolvimento de soluções por parcerias e colaborações vem ganhando adeptos de forma considerável. Neste contexto, a principal motivação para este estudo é compreender como a inovação pode ser fator estratégico no desenvolvimento regional, em especial no estado de Roraima, região amazônica mais ao norte do Brasil. Entende-se que o processo de geração de inovação possa ser enxergado como um procedimento mais amplo e coletivo, estimulando o entendimento de cooperação e interatividade, a destacar as alianças da tríade academia-governo-negócios. O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar o ecossistema de inovação do estado de Roraima como instrumento de apoio ao desenvolvimento regional, estudo de caso escolhido por características de oportunidade e conveniência. A pesquisa foi realizada com aplicação da ferramenta de mapeamento de ecossistemas ITU/UN. Referente aos achados de pesquisa, observou-se que o ecossistema ainda está em fase emergente de definição da sua visão e identidade. Os resultados nos dão a percepção sobre um conjunto de lacunas de estudos relacionados ao uso de alianças estratégicas e processo de cooperação em ecossistemas emergentes, dentre eles, a necessidade de parcerias para o desenvolvimento de mútuo aprendizado, fertilização cruzada e aumento no nível de complexidade das inovações geradas em ecossistemas, como foco no aumento da competitividade regional. Para trabalhos futuros sugere-se estudos sobre o plano estratégico de inovação para o estado de Roraima.
